If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the design and construction industry, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working alongside an experienced Head Designer. CoCreations Construction & Design is a high-end residential construction firm specializing in custom homes and large-scale remodels. We are known for exceptional craftsmanship, organized project execution, and delivering an elevated client experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the design field while supporting the behind-the-scenes work that brings projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with material and finish selections.
  • Organize and maintain project selections, samples, and documentation.
  • Help prepare spec sheets and design presentation packages.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding samples, pricing, measurements, and lead times.
  • Attend select client meetings to assist with follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams.
  • Learn and utilize design software (including 20/20 Design – training provided).

Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in interior design and residential construction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Solid math skills and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Experience with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:
  • Primarily office-based.
  • Occasional site visits and client meetings required.
