CoCreations Construction & Design is a high-end residential construction firm specializing in custom homes and large-scale remodels. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the design field while supporting the behind-the-scenes work that brings projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with material and finish selections.
- Organize and maintain project selections, samples, and documentation.
- Help prepare spec sheets and design presentation packages.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding samples, pricing, measurements, and lead times.
- Attend select client meetings to assist with follow-ups.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams.
- Learn and utilize design software (including 20/20 Design – training provided).
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in interior design and residential construction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Solid math skills and spatial awareness.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Experience with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based.
- Occasional site visits and client meetings required.
